CBD FAQ's

CBD stands for cannabidiol. It is the second most prevalent of the active ingredients of cannabis (marijuana). While CBD is an essential component of medical marijuana, it is derived directly from the hemp plant, which is a cousin of the marijuana plant.

Yes, purchasing CBD is federally legal as long as it doesn't contain more than 0.3 percent THC, but some state laws have put restrictions on all cannabinoids.

CBD can be extracted from a cannabis plant, but it doesn't have the same ability to create a “high” or state of euphoria as marijuana or THC. CBD may help you feel relaxed or less anxious, but you won't get high if you choose to use a CBD-infused oil, tincture, edible, or other product.

CBD oil has been studied for its potential role in easing symptoms of many common health issues, including anxiety, depression, acne and heart disease. For those with cancer, it may even provide a natural alternative for pain and symptom relief.

Delta-8-Tetrahydrocannabinol is a psychoactive cannabinoid found in the cannabis plant. It is an isomer of Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol, the compound commonly known as THC. Delta-8-THC has antiemetic, anxiolytic, orexigenic, analgesic, and neuroprotective properties.

Yes, when the 2018 Farm Bill was passed, which is a package of legislation passed roughly every five years, hemp became legal and could be grown as long as it had less than 0.3% THC.

The short answer seems to be yes. Most descriptions of the Delta 8 THC high note that it is more mild or “lighter” than a traditional Delta 9 THC high. ... However just like CBD, you can also find Delta 8 THC flower and other extracts.

The onset of the Delta 8 high is almost instantaneous after vaping it. It feels very cerebral in nature and can be overwhelming for beginners. Delta-8 is potent and can cause dry mouth, red eyes, and even paranoia when taken at higher doses. Vaping D8 makes you relaxed with a strong euphoric head high
